Please note - the cacao (origin: Springs) will be prepared with a special blend of black pepper and cinnamon. Please get in touch if you would rather your cacao didn’t have these extra ingredients.
You are invited to step out of the noise and gather in a sacred, intimate container for Samhain - a traditional time when the veil between worlds thins. We’ll be journeying with Cacao, a plant-guide that is associated with both life and death, as well as rebirth and transition. Together, we will drop into the heart and offer a collective prayer, and blessing through mantra, for those who have passed, honouring their memory and spirit. We will then move into deeper meditative states to open and receive guidance, comfort, and wisdom from the ancestors and spirit-guides connected to us in unconditional love. We’ll end by nurturing the body with deep relaxation, and time for integration. Come as you are, ready to quiet the mind, honour the turning of the wheel, and drop into a space of sacred remembrance and quiet listening.
Location: 7 Lion Yard, Tremadoc Road, London, SW4 7NQ - Nearest stations are Clapham North and Clapham High Street.
Date and Time: Saturday 31st Oct, 3pm-5:30pm - Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so we can start on time.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing
Journal and pen
Water bottle
Favourite mug for cacao
Optional: Something of significance for the altar - like something connected to a loved one who has passed, to your ancestors, or to a spirit guide / energy you may already be familiar with.
