Join us for an afternoon of restorative yoga, meditation, tarot readings, rose tea and community.
100% of profits will be donated directly to support the following four Palestinian families:

Event Overview
Date & Time: Saturday, 7th November | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: Studio Sensi, 39 Brooker Place, Hove, BN3 3YX
Capacity: Limited to 10 spaces (booking required)
Facilitators:
Sara is a wellbeing guide with 10 years+ experience. Working with the body, breath, stillness and deep presence, her offerings create nurturing spaces that help people slow down & tune inward. She’ll be opening and closing this fundraiser with guided meditations.
Madi is a multidisciplinary artist and yoga teacher, who is honoured to be guiding a restorative yoga practice for this fundraiser. Her teaching is rooted in noticing what is present in the body and finding space for deep rest.
Crystal is a third generational witch and tarot reader who will be offering gentle and intuitive guidance through tarot; to help you gain clarity and insight on your path ahead.
What to Expect
Restorative Yoga & Meditation Class: This is a collaboration between Sara & Madi. Sara will open the practice with a grounding meditation, Madi will then lead us through a nourishing restorative yoga sequence, and Sara will close with a meditation that’ll take us deeper into relaxation and stillness. This class starts at 2:30pm and ends at 3:30pm.
Mini Tarot Readings: A Moment of Clarity - A 5 minute tarot reading for quick guidance, fresh perspective and insight, with Crystal.
*There are two slots for the tarot readings, the early slot is during 2-2:30pm (before the class), and the later slot is 3:30-4pm (after the class). After you send your donation, you can choose which slot you prefer (or if you don’t have a preference, you can decide on the day)
Rose Tea & Community: Warm rose tea will be provided before and after the class (during the two tarot slots). When you aren’t having your tarot reading before/after class, we welcome community connection & space for casual chat, or you may wish to have some extra quiet time on your mat for extended practice - up to you!🤍

An open mind and heart :)
Everything else is provided x
All levels of experience are welcome. No prior practice in yoga/meditation is required.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR SPACE:
Please book a “free” slot via this page. Sara will then email you the donation link (PayPal) - this is to avoid the Squarespace /website fees so that your full donation can be sent to the families. As spaces are limited, please send your donation within 24hrs of receiving the donation link to secure your space, otherwise we may need to pass it onto someone else.
This event is non-refundable because your donation will be split between the four families as soon as it has been received.
